Registration:
You can register on-line at our registration page. On-line registration will close on Tuesday before the event. There will be no late registration option.

Cue/Route:
The official cue will be available on-line the Tuesday before the ride, and at the start location on Friday night, as well as at the start of the ride. Files will be posted here as soon as they are available. The route may change between when routes are posted here and the day of the ride so please check when you check-in . The only official version of the route is the cue sheet. If you choose to follow your GPS, and you end up lost and alone, you’ve been warned.

Check-in:
At check-in, you will be required to sign a liability waiver/insurance form. You will receive your brevet card and a copy of the cue. Check in will be Friday night and one hour before the ride on Saturday, at the start location.

Controls:
We plan on having manned controls to alleviate some of the pressure on the convenience stores. You will turn your completed brevet card in to the organizer at the end of the ride.

Food:
We will make some food available at the manned controls, but you should show your appreciation by patronizing the local stores.

Pre-ride:
A pre-ride, of any brevet in the series, will be available only to those who wish to volunteer the day of the actual event. We will pre-ride the route to check for any needed changes to the cue. The pre-ride will be scheduled with the RBA. If you wish to volunteer to man a control, or help with other aspects of the ride, we will gladly waive your registration fee in exchange for working the actual event. However, if you pre-ride and then don’t volunteer, you will not receive credit for the ride.
