At check-in, you will be required to sign a liability waiver/insurance form. You will receive your brevet card and a copy of the cue. Check in will be Friday night from 7:00 – 9:00 and one hour before the start of the ride at the Baymont.
We plan on having manned controls to alleviate some of the pressure on the convenience stores. You will turn your completed brevet card in to the organizer at the end of the ride.
We will make some food available at the manned controls, but you should show your appreciation by patronizing the local stores.
A pre-ride, of any brevet in the series, will be available only to those who wish to volunteer the day of the actual event. We will pre-ride the route to check for any needed changes to the cue. The pre-ride will be scheduled with the RBA. If you wish to volunteer to man a control, or help with other aspects of the ride, we will gladly waive your registration fee in exchange for working the actual event. However, if you pre-ride and then don’t volunteer, you will not receive credit for the ride.
